Search engine
Our knowledge base is equipped with a smart, AI-driven search engine. This means that the search bar understands what you mean, even if you do not use the exact keywords.
With the tips below, you will find the right answer even faster.
Ask your question in plain language
Unlike traditional search engines, you do not need to type in individual keywords. The smart search function looks at the meaning of your entire sentence.
Instant Response via the ‘AI Assistant’ (Quick Answer)
When you ask a question, you often don't even have to read an entire article. Our AI assistant immediately analyzes all available information and places a Quick Answer for you at the top of the page.
- Instant summary: You immediately get a short and concise answer to your question based on the articles in the knowledge base.
- Reliable sources: Below the AI answer, you will immediately see links to the articles where the information comes from. This way, you can always click through for all the details and instructions.
Refine your results with filters
Did you get many results? Then use the filters on the left side of the screen (or at the top on your mobile) by clicking on 'Articles' and then selecting the desired category. This filter also affects the articles used for the quick answer. This allows you to tailor the answer even better to what you are looking for.
Smart search tricks for specific questions
Do you want to force the search engine to search very specifically? Then use these handy tools in the search bar:
- Exact matches: Put your words in quotation marks to search only for those exact words.
- Combining: Use AND in capital letters to make combining multiple keywords mandatory.
