Yes you can, depending on if your educational insititution allows this. OnStage has an option for that in your user settings. To set this up do the following:
- Click your name at the bottom of the menu bar on the left.
- Then click ‘User settings’
- You can change or fill in various fields in the screen now
- Don’t forget to click ‘Save’ when you’re finished.
The type of information you can enter here depends on the settings of your school and can be things like..:

- Personal information such as mobile number, private e-mail address, etc.
- Application settings, including the language and whether you want to see the confirmation question when completing actions
If you are allowed to give a private e-mail address, you will see an option directly under it to copy all e-mails from OnStage to this e-mail. See below:
This e-mail address is only visible to you, not to other users with access to your core data. If you check the option 'Send e-mails to personal e-mail address as well', a copy of every e-mail meant for you will be sent to this address as well. In this e-mail message tis e-mail address will be visible as a CC address.
If this option is not available, your institution has chosen not to allow this auto-forwarding option for privacy or security reasons.
