Company profile
You can access the company profile via the menu at the top left. On this page, you can manage all information about your organization. You can also profile your organization through this page. Information provided here is reflected in the vacancy database where students search for assignments.
The more information you provide here, the more your organization will stand out to potential interns. For example, company videos can provide a good impression of the organization and give potential interns a glimpse of how the organization works.
To complete or edit your profile, click the pencil icon in the bottom right corner.
Adjusting the company profile
By clicking the pencil icon, you can manage the following information:
- Company name
- Add a description
- Add documents
- Add videos. You can upload a YouTube video link here. This cannot be a shortened URL.
- Manage addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses
- Add websites
- Add social media profiles
Contacts
In the "Contacts" section, you can see which contacts are registered with the organization (in OnStage). If you have the appropriate permissions, you can also manage the contacts here.
