OnStage4Business has a dashboard for open activities, assignments, and interns.
In the "Interns" section on the right, you'll see information about students who currently have an active internship at your company. If there is more than one student, you can browse through them or view a list of all interns via the "All Interns" button.
Under the "Open Actions" section, you'll see all the activities waiting for you in your interns' files. Click on an activity to go directly to it in the student's OnStage dossier.
I don't see all my interns. Why is that?
One reason this might be happening is that OnStage4Business shows you information by organization as known to the school. If they have multiple versions of your organization, you'll have to switch to see all students.
If this is the case, after logging in, you'll see a drop-down list of organizations you want to open. By clicking your name in the top right corner and selecting "Change Organization," you can return to this list.
