An execution phase template is (usually) linked to a coaching group through a selected coaching path. If this needs to be changed to a different template, the linked execution phase template must first be detached.
In the general settings of a coaching group, a coaching group administrator can only detach the execution phase template if no activity in the execution phase has yet been started in any dossier.
If activities have already been started, an overview of these will appear when an attempt is made to detach the trajectory:
The detach button will then be inactive.
A functional administrator does have the option to detach this template, whereby all activities, along with any associated documents, that have already been started, completed, or canceled, are irrevocably and immediately deleted from the execution phase.
Logging of disconnected execution phase templates and deleted activities
If a execution phase template other than the one set in the coaching path is selected, this is indicated by the message 'The coaching path requires a different excecution phase'.
When the 'Deletion log' button is used, this overview appears:
This line indicates when and by whom the disconnection took place, which execution phase template was disconnected, and how many dossiers were already in the execution phase at the time of disconnection. To see which dossiers had deleted activities, a report can be generated using the reporting button at the end of the line.
