There are two options:
If the placement has already started and the hours worked count for study points or financing,
- go to the student’s dossier.
- Finish all the steps that are genuinely completed (fill them in truthfully).
- Change the end date and the number of hours worked using the (ad hoc/optional) step ‘Change agreement data'.
- At the top right of the dossier, use the button with the three dots and select 'New activity' and then choose the activity type ‘Force dossier completion'. A new activity that still needs to be completed is then added to the dossier.
- Create a new dossier for the student by once again choosing the three dots at the top right of the dossier. This time, use the ‘Extra dossier’ action.
If the placement has not started yet (although it has been matched), or if the hours worked do not count towards any credits,
- click the ‘Cancel dossier’ button in the dossier.
- Enter the reason for cancellation, if necessary.
- Tick 'Create new dossier for the student' and ‘Straight to student’s new dossier’ if necessary.
