During the period when you are supervising or have to assess one or more students, it is important to log in regularly. You can then actively use dossiers through your dashboard.
The dashboard contains two different menu options:
My students
You can view all dossiers you are involved with in one or more roles. On the right side, you can filter by, among other things:
- The different roles you fulfill (for example, Accompanying teacher and assessor)
- The status (the stage files are in).
- The group (if the students are in groups)
- The coaching group (this is the work placement or graduation place, sometimes further subdivided)
(These filter options are only available if they can actually be filtered.)
By clicking on a student, you will go directly to the student's dossier.
If an action is currently expected from you in a dossier, this is displayed in the activity column with a red number. You can also see the actual to-dos in the menu option 'My dossier activities'.
My dossier activities
This overview shows all activities that are currently ready and require action from you. Clicking on a line takes you directly to the activity in the dossier.
You can also be notified of dossier activities by an email from OnStage. (This depends on how the activity and associated emails are configured.)
