Yes, you can, if the school/college allows you to.
- Click your name at the bottom of the menu bar on the left.
- Then click ‘User settings’
- You can change or fill in various fields in the screen now
- Don’t forget to click ‘Save’ when you’re finished.
The type of information you can enter here depends on the settings of your school and can be things like..:

- Personal information such as mobile number, private e-mail address, etc.
- Application settings, including the language and whether you want to see the confirmation question when completing actions
If you are allowed to give a private e-mail adress, you will see an option directly under it to copy all e-mails from OnStage to this e-mail. See below:
