As a student, you can search for a work placement, practical vocational training (BPV) place or graduation place yourself in some cases, and enter it in OnStage. The step-by-step plan for the preparation phase in your dossier contains special steps for this.
In such a step, you will find not only the ‘Go to vacancy database’ button but also an 'Enter assignment you found yourself' button. Gather all the required data first and then click this button. Please note:
- when you enter the organization name, OnStage searches to see if the name already exists in OnStage. If so, OnStage will tell you. If the address is correct, always accept the suggestion given by OnStage. This is to prevent duplicate entries.
- If OnStage does not make a suggestion, check that you have spelled the name of the organization correctly.
- The same applies to the contact, if students are allowed to enter the contact.
