Note: if the role has already been taken, the coach in question will be replaced by the newly chosen coach.
- Go to the dossier overview screen or to the coaching groups screen.
- Here you can select the students who you want to allocate to the same student career counsellor or teacher coach or assessor.
- Click ‘Assign coach’ action button.
- In the pop-up, select the required role and the correct person and click 'Select' after the name of the coach.
- In the next screen, select whether you want to send notifications about the new coach and which notifications you wish to send.
Dossier coaches can also be added for each individual dossier.
