OnStage provides a separate right that lets employees access the Student screen. This option is called: “May view student overview”. This right grants access to the data in the Student screen and through the search bar at the top of the screen in OnStage.
How this access works depends on the user’s role, as described below:

After conversion, the key user and FM have the setting enabled by default. The FM cannot turn this setting off for themselves, although they can for other FMs.
