A student has been offered via the integration or an import, but as a functional administrator I cannot find it. What should I check?
First, you must check whether you have rights for the student's education. For most integrations, no user is automatically given rights for a new education. If the student has been provided for a new education, you must first grant yourself rights.
Then you must check whether the student has actually been provided or not. You can do this by going to the source system or by checking the processing in the Integration notifications screen. You can find all messages from a student in question here. (Please note that not all integration types are currently supported by the Integration messages screen.)
If you are certain that the student has been offered and processed, but you still cannot find it, it could be that the student itself has already been provided, but the registration has not yet. In order to be able to see a student in OnStage, both the student core data and at least one registration must have been provided.
If you still cannot find the student after these checks, you must contact the Service Desk.
